Toronto, May 5, 2008 – Racad Tech, a leading provider of internet-based solutions, announced today that it has signed an OEM license agreement with Gravent S.A, the largest distributor of paper in South America, to distribute the GoPrint2 print driver to Argentina’s graphic and print market.

“This license agreement further demonstrates the need of OEMs to offer value-added web-based solutions to their client base. This will make their clients more efficient and profitable in their print and graphics businesses” said Reuben James, director of business development at Racad Tech. “This is the second distribution license agreement that Racad has signed in the South American market. It is our goal to establish the GoPrint2 print driver as an industry standard in the print and graphics marketplace world wide”.

“The GoPrint2 print driver is a tool that will help our client base maintain customer loyalty and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. They can achieve this by placing their custom branded print driver on their customers’ computers and facilitating the print ordering and proofing process. Additionally, offering this web-based solution to our clients gives our commodity-based business a competitive edge and value-added service that will keep our business steps ahead of our competition”, said Guillermo Leonson, president of Gravent S.A.
