Racad Tech Inc. Signed An OEM Distribution Agreement With Xerox Uruguay

Toronto, April 28, 2008 – Racad Tech, a leading provider of internet-based solutions, announced today that it has signed an OEM license agreement with Tecnomax S.A., operating as Xerox Uruguay, to distribute the GoPrint2 print driver to Uruguay’s graphic and print market.

“This license agreement demonstrates the need of OEMs to find practical web-based solutions that will add value to their products and provide necessary solutions to help their customers become more efficient and profitable in their print and graphics businesses” said Reuben James, director of business development at Racad Tech. “This is the first of many more distribution license agreements that Racad will seek out for the GoPrint2 print driver solution. There has already been significant interest in the market for such a user-friendly and simple print e-procurement solution.”

“The GoPrint2 print driver solution complements our growing portfolio of global solutions and adds value to our customers by putting their print operations on their customers’ computers to simplify and streamline the print ordering and proofing process. This increases both customer loyalty and profitability in our print operations”, said Carlos Egea, president of Tecnomax S.A., Xerox Uruguay.
